Subscription & Access
Access tiers (Free vs. Diagnostic) are defined at point of purchase. Fees are non-refundable once telemetry data has been processed for your account, as the analytical energy has already been expended.
Service Availability
While we aim for 99.9% uptime for our analytical cloud, maintenance windows are necessary to calibrate our global performance benchmarks. We provide a 48-hour notice for scheduled downtime.
Accuracy Disclaimer
Telemetry is subject to human-controlled variables (ISP stability, hardware wear). We do not guarantee "instant wins" or specific rank climbs; our insights are empirical data to be used at the user's discretion.
